The motto of our collaboration with the Ensemble Proton Bern is to do less, and to do it better. We have both downscaled our programme by one piece, and we invite one another during the season. The time and resources gained with this approach allow us to rehearse for longer, to pay closer attention to lights and scenography, and to invest in long-term promotion of the outcome. This season we present a world premiere of a performance by Erika Stucky and an audiovisual piece by Joanna Bailie.
