Ensemble Proton Bern is an eight-member collective dedicated to the latest music. We play our instruments, we are interested in listening, in finding sound and expression together, and last but not least, in pushing boundaries.
Protonwerk is our platform for meeting young musicians and developing their music. We are looking for artists who have a strong vision and take us into their world. This requires an intensive exchange that is often lacking in the everyday music business. With Protonwerk, we aim to create an environment where there is enough time for an extensive creative process.
